Yes you have to remove the grill to replace a headlight. It's very easy. Pop the hood, and you will see about 6 metal strips on the front edge of the engine compartment that have plastic tabs from the grill underneath them. Pry up the strips so the tabs can move freely. Pull the whole grill towards you and rotate slightly. It should pull completely free. Just three screws to get out the headlight, but be careful not to touch the headlight adjusting screws. Replacing the bulb should be self-explanatory. You might want to consider cleaning out the AC condensor and other stuff behind the grill while you have it off. Shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes to fix. Try checking your manual it should give the procedure in more detail, but it's very easy.
