I have taken in all the wisdom ya'll have been so kind to offer and found 5 - 16" stock alloy 5 spoke wheels.

My search for Disco II wheels was not as easy as if I were seeking wheels for a Disco I. So I was glad to come across these. The seller measured from the center of one lug to the center of the next after skipping one. Both his and mine equaled 4 1/2 ".

I started to worry tonight after noticing that the wheels on eBay usually stated they fit 1999 - 2002. I am only hoping and guessing; but is that when the 18" wheels became popular?

So will the 1999, Disco II wheels will fit my 2003 HSE?

These are going to be for off road use. The current plan is to powder coat them and add 32" tires. We have already installed an OME heavy duty lift, but I read that 33's may be too much for the axles, +++.

Can anyone ease my conscience? If I can get these, I will have to post a few photos once they are on.
