This is what the second mechanic said.
He didn't understand why the dealship would want me to replace the entire manifold. He said that all I need is 2 new vent tubes + both the manifold motors replaced. Total cost at 434 dollars. The O2 sensors were running a little rich...but they do not need to be replaced at this time.
So I think that sounds like problem solved to me.
