I just moved from Colorado Back to PA.
Unfortunately, In addition to other challenges I was diagnosed with restrictive Lung disease, (My lungs are getting smaller, and losing their elasticity). Since my wife has always wanted to move back to be near her parents I lost the vote and here we are.
Anyway, you should love Colorado. I have lived in CO, TX, IL, OH, MI, PA +++ and visited nearly every area of the country. Colorado is best. Colorado Springs (South of Denver) is growing, jobs are plentiful and they pay. Property is starting to climb as many from CA are selling spending only a portion of their home sale for a better property.
Overall it is more conservative, but getting more liberal as it grows. The weather is awesome. Let me know if I can be more specific.
