You will have either a bad a/c control unit or a control door problem, not allowing the cold air in to the right side.
Read your owners manual, there is a test procedure you can do spelled out in there that will give you an a/c fault code, can't remember what the process is so go read up.
Once you get the code, call the dealer or good Rover shop and see what they say.
