Now that I switched plates from Michigan to North Carolina, they told me I had to inspaect the vehicle. I took it to Land Rover Cary, and it failed inspection because of OBD "stored diagnostic trouble codes". I foresaw some kind of problem, since my "MIL" light on the dash is burned-out. Here's the brief repair history:
1. Replaced O2 sensors and Cat. "Y" pipe in April 2006. Passed inspection on those two issues.
Here's the failed inspection report by Land Rover Cary:
1. MIL Commanded-on. Failed inspection.
2. MIL bulb working. Failed inspection.
3. Stored Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Code numbers: Description of the "DTC":
1. P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input.
2. P1884 P18XX Manufacturer Controlled Transmission

I already made an appointment for Monday next week (yes, they are all that booked), in order to drop it in and run the diagnostics on it in order to get to the bottom of the problem.

Only thing I notice that might be "wrong" with the truck is that sometimes when making a quick stop, the engine lowers the rpm's and starts missing for just seconds, then all of a sudden corrects by itself also within seconds.

Any opinions or expertise help greatly appreciated.
