X2 Have it checked before you start replacing things like crazy. On my Disco the brakes would squeal. The high pitched sound would reak havoc on that sensors and cause the dash ABC, TC and Brake light to come on. For me I think they just had to do a bake job that solved it but it wasn't cheap, but each disco is a little different. Its always somthing to do with the brakes, dirty sensors, failing sensors, sensitive sensors, brakes, are a few I have heard so far. The ligts are the Disco's way of saying it needs some of your attention.
