Ricky,

You don't have to trim if you are going to use the stock rim but you will have to adjust the rear fender a little. If you look under the fender right behind the rear tires you will see a small screw. Remove it and the little bracket and carfully pull the fender well out about an inch then bend the bracket in to a "Z" and put it back. This will work with 265's and 235's on stock rims. You will also have to adjust the front steering stops to keep the tires from rubbing on the radius arms at full lock. Hope this helps. We have done this to my 98DI and my buddies 95 & 96DI.
