The lights won't go off automatically, dealer will have to shut them off. Are you fronts the dirty ones? They are usually the cause of the failure lights.
Have the dealer turn off the lights, after he reads the codes, as part of the brake job, or don't have him do them.
Hell you could do rear brakes on that truck in under an hour and save a bunch in the process. What did he quote you for the job?
