More then likely yes, the driver would have been killed depending on the utilization of safety belts or restraints. However, Ethan (SoDirty) was involved in a head-on collision with a concrete barrier/pole (forgive me if I have a few of the details misrepresented); he and all the other members of the Range Rover survived the crash with the exception of the driver. It is so hard to second guess, we will never know.

Her time had come, very unfortunately and such an immense tragedy as she really did do a lot of wonderful things while she was alive.
