Pictures of rack...
Made from EMT tubing... some 1" and some 3/4". Flooring is horse panel. Coated with bed liner paint... nonskid stuff. Weighs around 80 pounds.... if that much. I know I can lift it myself but size begs for two... Could not wait on the wish list lights up front so I put some 100w H3s x 4. Rear lights are slim 55w H3s. I guess there is not much more to say... maybe later I can put some acc. brackets here and there...
Took long enough to finish.... oh the latching... seems to be working very well. I gave up on the draw latch and just fab'd up something simple... all tread/steel tubing/ flat steel and a long nut.
