Disconnect the battery and use the ohm/continuity function on your meter to check for continuity of the battery cable to fuse box and also at one of the non functioning loads. Consider the ignition switch as you do this. Switch it on and of etc. Also you can measure from the load to ground to see if that side is connected or not. The 95 Rave should be close enought for grounding etc.
I have properly diagnosed and repaired many of these electrical issues on my land rovers over the years and those recurring phantom failures have just about dissapeared. Most were bad work at the factory. When I got my 88 in 92 it had many issues that were never correctly addressed by the dealer. Considering it was an expensive car thats pretty bad. It took a home mechanic (with some electrial experience I must admit) to solve what the dealers can't or for lots of money.
Don't give up and learn how to do this one by one. You wont be sorry and will start loving you landy even more,
