Default What your Rover is telling you..

It sounds like your rover is telling you to immediatelly go to your nearest franchise dealer and plonk down $300 dollars to diagnose all the things that you already know are wrong with your car, then they will reset the light for a small $75 dollar fee ( hey it does take them 3 min to do this.. totally worth it in the dealers eyes.. I mean hey that is one scary red light that they fixing for you.. I mean..you could have an accident because of it... Whoo... they are really doing you a favor !!! )

Have you tried disconnecting the battery? It may not work till you have another thousand on the odo..But I would bet money its a milage specific light designed to get you into the dealer, and lighten you wallet..

Yes my rover blows alot of gas ( the non liquid type )when I refill... I know there is a breather tube missing or blocked, but its not something that I thought I really needed to bother with.. so I haven't..
