I just installed a pair of Hellas on my disco and I love them! I installed my lights to come on with the fog lights as well. I spliced the lead coming from the relay for the Hellas into the hot lead going to the right fog light. Of course you can use the power lead off either light, but I chose the right side so the relay could be mounted close to the battery. Hope that helps!
