Default No Power to Radio, need help please

I first want to start out and say thank you to you all. I have had my 1995 disco 1 for over 2 years and use this daily for work. What a great truck.

3 months ago my radio starting flashing a anti theft light. I put the code back in and it locked me out. I disconected the battery and left it sit, still the light remained and would not let me put in the code. After a few days of this the light went out and no power to the radio and to the cigerett lighter. I checked the fuse on the radio, cigerette lighter and all other fuses, yes there are a lot of them. Still no power to the radio. DOA
I bought a radio off ebay, while pulling the old radio out the radio starting to flash a code, I put the code in and it worked for 1 day, then same thing, flashing anti theft and then no power. I pulled the old radio, put in the new radio and punched in the code. Every things good for 2 days this time, same thing.

I checked all the wires in the back of the radio and plugs and every things looks good.
If any one can tell me what wires to shoot for power with a meter and what wire or wires are the ground that would help.
I used a meeter on the cigerett lighter and no power yet the fuse is good.

Thanks
