I don't even know why anyone in their right mind would put anything but trustworthy bulbs in their headlights... I mean, why would you buy IPF's and put in JC Witney, (a brand of which I have never heard of), in your nice IPF's? And why does it matter in the factory globe? Aren't we talking about upgrading globes? lights. And yes, you are buying H4 bulbs not HB4!?!?! So what does it matter.
