Default SLS Supsension Lift

I have a 99 Disco 2 with SLS. I want to lift it 2 inches and I am going to use the spacers for the rear but I have been told that if you lift a Disco it will wear out the driveshafts quicker. I guess that would be for any lift whether it was coil spring or sls. Can anyone help me out with this? Has anyone lifted thier Disco and had trouble with the driveshaft? I have already replaced the front driveshaft at a cost of $600 and I don't want to do that again. thanks for the help.
