Here is a picture of mine with 751"s in front as well as 2 half inch rover spacers which has given mine a good 3" lift which it has held for the last 4 years. So look at mine and take off an inch and this is what your truck will look like on 265 tires.

i got 762 and 779 , do you suggest i get spacers in the rear.
