What kind of rover? Also..Ebay always has great deals...
www.yakima.com has all the info you need...... as fas as locations etc..... They are really a great company to deal with also.... I had a bike skewer(piece that hold fork of bike while on the roof) break.. They sent me a new one... free....... no questions ask..... No need to send the old part... and that was 5 years after I bought that rack!
