It's not lthe lift but the droop that's usually an issue with the brake lines.
Personally I think a 2" lift will work pretty well for most occasions, rock crawling is a bit of a dark art and I'm not the correct person to advise for such a setup.
But regardless for a 2" lift I'd go for the correct shocks and springs with cranked trailing arms and 3 degree castor correct front radius arms and longer brake lines.
If you wanted another inch of lift you could buy new rear shock mount droppers and heavy duty 1" shorter front turrets.
