i totaled my '01 SE7 in september...i could not find one under 18,000 in my region, with the all the options that mine had. They basically take a fair market value, and give an average of what they think it's worth...according to alot of the guys on here, i got a good amount of money out of it..but i was also hoping for a good sum of money....i ended up with 14,100....they take into account how well the mechanical aspect was taken care of...the interior such as the carpet/ seats..and also the exterior..the cleaner the car. the more you will get..
