You'll have to go to an autobody and paint supply shop for Perfect-It. It's a liquid, and comes in several abrasive grades. If you only have mild orange peel, get the finer grade. It's intended for machine polishing with 3M Pads, so if you're going to try it by hand go to the nest coarser grade.
