Do a test yourself. Open the sunroof and pour some water into the drain and see if it backs up and overflows. If it does, blow down the drain holes with compressed air. This should clear the drains. As you don't have Alpine windows and your seals are okay, I cannot think of where else the water could be coming from. Lets know how it works out.
