I think I see coil's in this pic:
http://i13.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/77/7c/9243_1.JPG .. its my understanding that all Series 1/2/3's had leaf springs and defenders had coils.. some people do put coil frames on their series to create a hybrid.. but not sure on this one.
