How will it wear down the brakes? I really don't have too much knowledge of the subject, but it's my understanding that the ebrake controls a drum off of the transfer case [at least on a disco] which locks up both driveshafts preventing it from moving... not affecting the 4 brake systems at all... like I said, my knowledge is limited, but from what I've seen on the transfer case, thats how it looks like it works.
