Good links. I used Seafoam through the intake on my truck last week and it seems to have smoothed out a little bit. Let it sit after adding almost a half an hour, but didn't get much smoke. I will be adding a full bottle to my motor soon and then will be dropping the pan and cleaning out the sludge and cleaning the oil pickup. I'll let you know how that goes.
