Light Bar
Cool, I did a similar project.... (I'm lazy and tapped into my parking light feed, this lets me throw the Hella fogs on with the parking lights or main head lights on)
A few notes about removing the bumper:
On a stock 02', you'll need a T-25 star screw driver to remove the inner wheel well cover (3 star screws each side). The rest of the screws are Philips heads, and the bottom screw (close to the tire) requires a side angle Philips.
Removing the bumper was not really that hard, getting it back on was a bit more difficult, however I was working alone and still managed to get everything back on nice and snug. Most difficult part was the left side of the vehicle because of the washer fluid tank location.
Attaching the light bar was the easiest part of the job, just work your way up in drill bit size till you get the right hole size. The bolts that come with the light bar are Allen keyed.
It was a Saturday morning type job, if you want it to go smoothly make sure you have the following tools:
T-25 Star screw driver
Side angle Philips head tool
Allen key for bolting down the bar
Various open end wrenches, sockets and wratchets
