I have been hearing bad things about messing with the stock wires and plug setup. I was told that using magnecores and different plugs could dammage/overwork/mess-up the coilpack. I was also told by someone who seems to know their stuff that every time he changes wires on a DII (not other trucks) with anything but the expensive factory ones (plugs too) that it throws a slew of engine fault codes that appeared to be meaningless. He said he thought it might be related to a difference in plug firing temp. He changed the wires and plugs to stock, and everything was fine again. This sounds wierd

Has anyone had any problems at all? engine lights, faults, coil pack go bad, anything? I want to use magnecores and the Bosch Irridium, double titantium, flux capacitor, go 1000 mph type plugs. (per RoverMike)

thanks
