With nearly 50,000 miles on my 99 D2 I haven't had one misfire using the 8mm Magnacor wires and Bosh Platium Plus 4's.
Over the last couple of years, I have had alot of people go to this combination and only had one complaint, turned out he cracked a plug putting them in, replaced it and loves the extra low end power.
