Need to do a pressur test on the coolant system, then check each plug, one at a time to see what cylinder is still leaking. Were both the heads and the block checked for cracks?
You may have dropped a cylinder sleeve, if so you have very few options, some people say they can pin the sleve but the majority replace the block.
