http://www.roverville.us/) is selling illuminated window switches for Range Rover Classic. $169 gets you 7 switches. 1 for the sunroof, 1 for each rear door, and four for the center console. Installation time is about 30 minutes.
I installed these tonight and took a drive around the neighborhood. Man it was cool to be able to see all the switches. Just like my P38! 1 touch up/down on the driver side still works perfectly.
