Here is 2big's set up and what was used:
"my cargo box is made with 3/4 plywood and 2x4's because it was available but can be made with 1/2"- 1/4" plywood and 2x2's can be used.
I made the width 41 3/4" to hit snug between wheel humps
from the door to seats 25 1/2" ,height 11 1/2 is perfect to set level for bed.
I did not bolt down the cargo box because I still use the jump seats when family is in town. So the box can be pulled out."
