Default noisy stering

Ok , So i have a problem with the sterring . I dono if the problem is related to the noise .

Every morning I start the truck and don't let it worm up . I hear this sqwecking or creaking noise when i turn Right.

But other problem is that when i turn the wheel left ( from center a.k.a. straight ) to all the way to the lock to the left the wheel get progresivly slapy . so all the at the lock i will get at lest 2" to 3" of play in the stering wheel .

Now I dono if the stering box arm was remover and installed back on the box in the wrong spot , cause it's almost paleral to the stering rod when the wheels are all the way to the left .

Now all the ball joints are greased up . fluid is good ( and new ) . but it made that noise before i replaced that fluid .

I don't have a nother set of wheels to go to work so i can take the stering box off and see what is up with it . So I'm asking to see if anyone had a problem like i do .
