Well - since you asked...

I like the K&N air and oil filters. I have seen a pretty detailed demo of their performance and it is AMAZING how well both trap dirt. The air filter allows for great air flow and is clean-able. You can actually HEAR the air getting sucked into the motor due to the improved flow. All the while it is trapping more dirt than paper.

Same goes for the K&N oil filter - great flow with the super filter action!

Oil = I always run synthetics. Mobil 1 to be specific. It is more costly, but I have run in three vintage race cars and the stuff just performs very well. Nice bit of peace of mind, for me at least.
