The brakes are in need of a caliper repair or the hoses are not functioning.
I just bought one for my Rangie for a total caliper rebuild.
Power steering hose leaks make the underside of the truck very nasty. Also power steering fluid is flammable. I've never seen a fire from it but it isn't impossible either. Personally I don't like the drips on my driveway or in my garage.
