I don't think its worth that much. Is it rare? Possibly, since Overfinch is located in Surrey, UK and the truck is here now... But what does rare really mean? Is it valuable? That all lies in the buyers eyes.. is it worth $20k to you? To me its worth around $3k and thats only because its in good condition and has low miles. Is it something that other Rovers owners want [hence rising the price]... I don't think so, maybe a handful of LR people care about mint RRCs... the rover community is generally split between two groups, the offroaders and the 'new class' of RRS/LR3 owners..
Want something rare? Find a early 80s 2-door rangie.. or better yet, spend that 20k on a defender. Or buy a $500 RRC and put 8k into it and have it unstoppable offroad.
