Any attempts to harvest these (if they dont harvest you first )....would earn you an encounter with a Game Warden who would promptly throw you in jail.
They were hunted close to extinction (the horns are an aphrodaisaic (sic??)..not to be used in its original form of course... (OUCH!!!...)...and are now a protected specie... all over I believe.........
