Before you go swapping sills can you post a pic of the extent of the damage ,fitting new sills is not a pleasant job if you can post the pic I can tell you how to repair the rot or to replace the sill, RRs over here are very prone to rot and I have repaired many rotten rovers in my time new sills can be very awkward and very time consuming and not for the fainthearted Cheers ONz
