What bad grammar? Your English is a damn site better than anyone on this board can speak Portuguese !
As Mike says, It may be your linkage preventing you from becoming fully engaged, but the underlying problem is the driving, and high range driven gear mesh. There should be about a 20% lead in of about 57-60 degrees on the gear tooth, so that you can easily engage. The remainder (80%) of the tooth face should be smooth and parallel to the axis. What I've seen frequently, is a worn step, about halfway up (each and every) tooth, which prevents full meshed engagement. The step will probably have a slight taper to it, so each on/off of the throttle jogs it further out. Once it hits near the lead in angle, it simply slips off. You can visibly see this if you pull the cover, but you might get a hint, if, after you've driven the truck for a few miles, to get the oil warm, let it sit for a few minutes, then drain off a few ounces of oil , then swish a magnet through the oil and see if you come up with metal.
A teeny bit is normal, anymore and you better drop the cover and have a look-see. The good news is it's an easy fix.
Hey Mike, When did you become a homey boy? "Do it jump...." . Is Emenem your new hero?
