That is exactly the combination used on my 99 D2, partrs are easy to find and if you don't want to do it yourself, nearly any tranny shop can rebuild a double cardon. If need be, take the front shaft off yourself and take it to the shop, save some money, in the mean time, engage your CDL and drive around on the rear until the shop is done with your front drive shaft.
