Default A vise is not a press

Well, I finally got around to replacing all my bushings this weekend and put in some heavy duty castor corrected QT radius arms I bought off a good friend. I don't have a press around so tried using my vise to press in the new bushings. It didn't go so well. I cracked the vise.

The cracked vise:

The pretty new radius arms still lying there all shiny and unused:

I'll be dropping them off with a buddy at the dealer Monday to get them pressed in the right way.
