I had General Grabber A/T's on a Pathfinder back in the '80's that were impressive but have no idea what they are like today.
I've had the Dunlop R/T's on my Rovers for a long time and swear by them. The price is right, they last forever and they are amazing in snow as well as mud. They're not too loud on the road and they even do well in the rain. Overall, an excellent choice for an all around tire.
Next to the old BF Goodrich Trac Edge, the Dunlops are my favorite tire on the market.
