No, maybe I didn't make my self clear. All of what you have already done, will have to be done again. I thought you were asking if the new gaskets you just installed could be used again.
The intake, both valve covers and the heads come off. You should be looking at around ten hours labor. By the way, you always do both head gaskets at the same time so you don't have to go back into the engine again when the other head gasket fails.
