Open up the hood and check the clutch master cylinder for fluid. It is quite possible the fluid level is very low or completely empty. If so, you'll probably have to rebuild the clutch master cylinder - but first, if the level is low, just refill the unit and see is you can change gears again.. One detail - the truck has to be at a 'tail up' angle to get all the air out. The easiest way is to find a steep hill and park nose down. Then pump the clutch about 50 times.
If this improves the situation, then flush/bleed the clutch hydraulic system with fresh Dot 4 brake fluid.
