Default Help can't pass emissions

A friend of mine has a '96 Disco I. She can't pass the emissions. They gave me the sheet with all the codes and for the most part I have a good idea what's up but I want your opinions. I am a strong believer in Land Rover and love my rangie. Now here are the codes:

P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temp for closed loop fuel control
P0183 fuel temperature sensor A circuit high input
P1179 maximum negative AMFR correction fault
P0300 random/mulitple cylinder misfire detected
P0308 cylinder 8 misfire
P0307 cylinder 7 misfire
P0305 cylinder 5 misfire
P0303 cylinder 3 misfire
P1313 misfire catalyst damage fault bank A
P1314 misfire catalyst damage fault bank B
P1316 misfire excessive emissions fault

My diagnosis was a set of new wires/plugs and new catalytic converters. I don't want to be wrong since her dad wants to get rid of the car if there's too much wrong but I think this is something minor or fixable. And I would hate to see her sell a Disco. I am very handy and so is her dad, I completely rebuilt my EAS so I have a grip on the Rovers...Also I read on here that a smiliar set of codes was diagnosed as a bad ignition coil. And could o2 sensors be it? This is where I need your guys' help. Thanks!!!!
