Do the plugs/wires and check for air leaks.Then get the engine ECU's adaptive values reset and watch for oxygen sensor activity on live data displays - if they are then switching properly try your emissions again.9 times out of 10 this will sort it.DO NOT change the Cats till it fails with the Oxy sensors switching properly,this is the last resort they are expensivecontain precious metals and should ONLY ever be changed when it is proved they have failed.
