'03 HSE loud squeal inside
ok, I bought this truck about a month and a half ago. At unpredictable intervals and whether the truck is running 80mph or parked in the garage, a rather loud "cricket pitch" tone goes off for roughly a minute at a time. My wife first heard it when she went out to get something from it in the garage and the truck had not been driven since the day before. By the time I got there, the sound was gone, so doing the manly thing, I told her she didnt know what she was talking about and closed the door. Well, we just took this on a 2500 mile road trip and maybe once or twice a day we would get this tone. No messages would pop up, no warinings just the tone, then it would go off. Has anyone else experienced this? Any insight as to what it may be? OBD II shows no faults...
