Default head gasket replace help

I have a 2001 discovery with 78000, The truck ran hot and the head gasket is shot i believe. My wife was driving and the temp light came on. She stopped and park the truck. I have found some coolant in the oil. Was planning on pulling the heads and have them rebuilt.

Should I have anything special done to the heads?

What gasket kit should i buy and from who?

I do not have a shop manual, is there anywhere i can download the instructions to start the work, would like to tear apart tomorow dont have time to wait for a manual.

Is there anything else I should do while I have the heads off?
