Rebuilt brake pump
It turns out the brushes were shot in my brake pump. I had an old no name brand cordless drill laying around. My son used it to start his rc cars with. Well it turns out the bushing and the brushes are the same as the ones in the brake pump. The brushes are a touch longer but with the wear in the area that the brushes ride it worked out great. We will see how long it lasts.
