I just sold my 2003 FL SE3. In 46,000 miles, I only had two unscheduled trips to the dealer: a idiot light, and a leaky coolant resevoir, both fixed under warranty and I caught both early enough that I didn't have any issues.

The FL runs on regular, and I would ROUTINELY get 19-21 mpg around town, 23-24 mpg on the highway. I'd even see 22-23 mpg on the highway w/ windsurfing boards and bikes on the roof rack.

I just bought a LR2 a few weeks ago. Been getting about 19 mpg on premium around town, I hear mid 20's on the highway is typical. i'm pretty pysched considering I only have about 600 miles on the engine so she's not even broken in yet!
